Oracle Corporation has been a long time leader in the world’s ICT industry and today they are releasing yet another completely new applications suite in the hope of helping organization to improve Procure-to-Pay processes and talent management which is know as the Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Applications.
As every organization shares the common goal to have the minimum operating cost while having the highest possible income, Oracle’s latest BI Applications will help organizations to pinpoint saving opportunities and maximize performance through the best practice analytics.
The new application suite also come with out-of-box integration between some of Oracle’s software such as Oracle Procurement & Spend Analytics and Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications suite which is a plus for existing Oracle’s customer base.
As the vice president of product management of Oracle, Paul Rodwick says “Oracle BI Applications provide a critical platform for unlocking and analyzing enterprise-level and business-level insights, with the latest updates reducing the time and complexity to achieve a competitive advantage through data.”
In addition to releasing a completely new application suite, Oracle also release a talent management add-on – Oracle Talent Profile Analytics, which is a new module for the existing Oracle Human Resources Analytics in hope of helping HR and managers assess workers with critical skills and talent strengths in order to get the right people with the right skills into the right jobs, shaping the organization’s competencies and helping develop potential leaders needed to meet the organizations business goals.
